Not only did he not get frustrated as our house originally was listed as a conventional sale that ended up being a short sale, and was a huge headache for everyone, but he was able to pull from his list of resources and get us through the legal mumbo jumbo and really watched out for us and protected our best interest.
Finally, he also had amazing vision for transforming the place, which really helped us see the vision. We are so happy with our place now, we could not be any happier. And we have Brian to thank.”
